Selip & Stylianou, LLP Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid September 6, 2016 - A law firm is trying to collect on a debt that was settled in a class action law suit and I am no longer liable for the debt. They sent a letter to my employer stating everything that I owed, what it was for etc to try and collect on this. My information should not have been given to anyone without my consent. I sent them a certified letter with the proof that I do not owe on this account.... |
Selip & Stylianou, LLP Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine August 23, 2015 - Cohen & Slamowitz LLP in - NY somehow obtained a default judgement against me for $4700.00 in - county Supreme court. Acting on that judgement ( alleged service made 10 years ago ) my checking account was seized ( - in - NY ) The account contained -+-. As is common, the entire account was frozen. Then Slamowitz got another judgement for the total amount in my account and the entire amount was frozen for the last year.
