Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine May 19, 2015 - I just checked my credit report - listed is late payments for regional loans andcredit recovery asso. - this is not my accounts. - Regional loans send out - of thosechecks for loans letters however I did not get it my daughter ( with the samename did ) She went and got the loan - and I find out later when she missed apayment - the loan was based off my credit with my social security number. I informed them of their mistake of not making sure their information wascorrect and what happened ( they just assumed it was the correct personbecause our names are the same ).
