At that time, I discovered a collection reporting from Receivable Recovery Services. This was my first knowledge of this alleged debt as I did not receive any prior correspondence from this company. This company refuses to fully validate this alleged debt ( see attached correspondence ). I have never in my life been -. I divorced and later remarried in -/-/-. Receivable Recovery Services, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid April 12, 2015 - Debt was paid through my insurance and the balance with my debit card. The original creditor did not inform me thst i had a balance because i used my insurance for medical visits..so now i have various collections for small amounts..dropping my score tremendously i paid the balance anyway..and assured me that they will not report it to the credit bureau..i was lied to and comoletely mislead..please help!! ... |
