I 've spoken with multiple representatives and supervisors who always claim they 're going to resend it but they never do. A common practice for these companies is to only allow you to speak with - person who is authorized to handle your account. I was 'served ' a Summons and Complaint with the statement You are being sued. ; however, there is not lawsuit filed against me. The person delivering the document said, You are being served. ; however, in reality I was not being served actual legal documents. I was handed a document that looks like a court document. Their document should have stated they were intending on suing me, especially if I do n't answer their 'summons and complaint.
