D2 Management LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action July 27, 2016 - At - on -/-/16, I received a call from - - with D2 Management advising that she was collecting for - accounts. She stated the account balances were from 9 years ago. We came to an agreement in the amount to be paid. She stated she needed to secure future payments with checking account info or credit/debit card. I advised that she contacted me at work and I did not have that information with me. We agreed that I would call once I got home and provide the payment information. During my lunch, I decided to research the company since I have never heard of them. I located the -... |
