Levy and Associates, LLC Debt collection communication tactics called after sent written cease of comm April 20, 2015 - I am submitting this complaint on behalf of my son ... my son is in - at the moment do to - several months ago ... my son received a letter dated - -. -/-/2015 from Levy and Associates..they were attempting to collect a debt for a total of - ... I immediately sent them a cease and desist letter dated - -/-/2015 ... I stated in this letter that my son in no way shape or form has - and has a surmounting pile of medical bills due to his medical issues at the moment..he has no income coming in at the moment and literally has no money..and does not need this stress of a deb... |
