Escallate, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action

August 8, 2015 - A collection agency ( Escallate , LLC. ) is threatening me with a negative credit report. A notice was received today that I owe $140.00 for medical services ( - and - - ). The bill for the services was never properly explained just sent out to me for payment. I have - coverage and a supplemental policy through - for the - service. Payments were made by - and - and an unexplained remaining amount billed to me. I never received any explanation and have not paid the unexplained amount.
