Delray Capital, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action May 20, 2015 - I got a phone call from a woman from Del Ray Capital saying i took out a payday loan from the cash store. They told me they were an installment loan place. the lady told me i was going to be charged with a misdemeanor and go to jail as well get sued. she got very nasty with me yelling at me and reading stuff off of my credit report. she called me at my place of business i asked her not to and she said they could do whatever they want. I asked her to mail me documentation on her allegations and she said no she would just have my county proceed with charging me. I know my rights but for someone ... |
