Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC Debt collection communication tactics threatened to take legal action April 10, 2015 - I have received calls from this number on my personal phone, and at my place of employment. The - caller was a gentleman, and he would not give me his name or the name of the company he represents. He only said that he works with a locator service and he needed to verify my address so that I would n't miss a court day. He also wanted me to call a certain number. At that time I told him that I could not give him any information since he had n't given me enough details.
