RBS Citizens Prepaid card unauthorized transactions/trans. issues July 2, 2015 - I put $300.00 on a prepaid credit card and only spent on a purchase with - in the amount of $10.00 and - purchases of $1.00 each with Silhouette. I went to use it again in 2015 and checked my balance and there was no money left on the account. There were - transactions that I did not make to a - - - in - - - CA.
