They had the wrong address on my husband 's account through no fault of ours and we did not receive a bill for 2 months and was unaware of the wrong address until they called because the account was past due. May 20, 2015 - -, Synchrony Bank, ( - - - line ), took the class action settlement refund out of my account. They altered my credit line in order to regain the payment/ credit I received. Example Credit line was $350.00, posted credit for court settlement $50.00, then reduced the credit line to $250.00. Essentially taking it back the refund.
