Insight Capital LLC (NV) Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay June 4, 2015 - On -/-/- I was contacted by - - - stating that I owed a payday loan from - ( they said - had bought out several other payday loan companies and were just now collecting the debt ) from -/-/-. They stated that unless I paid that day they would charge me with fraud and I would be served with a summons either at home or at work to go to court. They had all my personal information including my social security number.
