Direct Recovery Services, LLC Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay May 19, 2015 - I have received multiple phone calls from a company that calls themselves direct recovery. They left me numerous voicemails even after me telling them to not call me. They call my family members that I do n't even have their phone numbers. They threatened to have me arrested for not trying to take care of a debt '' that I am obviously disputing because it is not my debt. Every time I call, if I do not answer - of their questions, they will hang up on me and wo n't answer my call back. I need help figuring out how they are getting my family members numbers and why are they still contacting ... |
