Security Credit Services, LLC Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened to sue on too old debt September 24, 2015 - Debt is from - 2009, they have been calling and threatening to serve papers at my place of employment, even arrest me or take me to jail if I do not pay for this. I contacted a lawyer who told them to stop contacting me. That the debt is older than the 5 years that they can collect this debt, but they have called me two times since the date of the letter. ... |
