I filed chapter -. As soon a the Bankruptcy was over, I was served a Writ of Execution from the Sheriff 's Office. The Sheriff called to let me know if I do n't pay the $22000.00 he would be evicting me from my property. I told him he could not take my house, that is valued at about $190000.00 for a $22000.00 debt. that is unequal debt. What happens to the balance?
