July 9, 2015 - Received notice to collect debt, call collection services and explaned that I was retired and - had fixed income and offered to pay what I could afford, which was $10.00 a month, and told that of the $1100.00 a month I recieve I owe $1000.00 a month in bills, Ihave $100.00 a month to live on I thought that resonable, they said yes I asked for letter in writing and I would start paying, they said no just start paying I said without letter or Email I would not. March 27, 2015 - CCS sent me a debt collection notice for a debt I do not recognize. In addition, CCS never sent me a debt validation notice as is required by the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Furthermore, CCS has not nor has agreed to provide all relevant contracts and information as to the alleged debt. I do not owe any debt to CCS nor have I ever.
