Servatus Corporation Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay November 5, 2015 - With no notification, as is required by the FCRA and FDCPA, and 2 years after being filed as a charge off ( in full, without sold to another lender '' status ), I had a collector contact me, AFTER reporting me to all - credit beureaus. When I told them the request was illegal, that they had no proof of standing, and that I wanted the matter dismissed, I was threatened with a lawsuit.
