RFNA, LP Consumer Loan problems when you are unable to pay January 17, 2016 - I lost my job so I was unable to make payments on a Republic Finance loan. They obtained a judgment against me and cleared - my bank accounts. They have sent me an offer letter and I have accepted, twice. The first acceptance letter I sent was by regular mail and the second was by certified mail. They have yet to respond to either ; however, they do continue to update my credit report negatively. RFNA, LP Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay March 27, 2015 - In -/-/- I was mailed a check and paperwork with it stated that it was real money and if I cashed this check I would be obligated to repay the loan ... In -/-/- my now ex girlfriend became -.. In -/-/- I lost my job and it was n't until -/-/- that I gained another job that paid halfway decent. Throughout all this we managed to make the payments on this loan.. Then in -/-/- we just did n't have the money ... We called and made a partial payment, we tried to make a partial payment the following month and they would not accept it ... So I stopped paying as they told me... |
