May 7, 2016 - this is an addition to a complaint I filed with you few days ago. Apathaker - ( handling judgements against me ) has offered a written in stone proposal that I pay $ -/mo for 24 months. I am a -yo - veteran on a fixed income and can not possibly meet this arrangement. I have an agreement to satisfy another judgement with the same attorney. I have been paying $ -/mo. I recently learned that in spite of my arrangement this attorney plans to garnish my bank account. How can I honor the agreement if they plan to take my money????...
