Seller misrepresented, forged documents, and committed a bait-and-switch. I was stuck with a manufactured home with what appears to be an installment loan instead. As a - buyer, I feel especially targeted. Both parties were informed but no cooperation or correction transpired. When I became unemployed and -, my income shrank.
