Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Credit card billing disputes May 22, 2016 - I lost my job a few years ago, and have been having problems paying back my credit cards. Even though I do not give the full amount I try to pay something instead of nothing currently I have been having issues with - they turned my debt over to a third party collection agency who keeps asking for a large lump some of money or to pay off the amount and they will not accept the funds I 'am trying to give this company also will not send me any type of billing statement. As of now this company is trying to sue me, I wanted to know my options that I have to settle this issue.... |
