June 15, 2016 - Several years ago I applied for and received a credit card from BB & T for emergencies and personal purchases. In - after reviewing a statement I noticed that a charge called " special purchases '' was being billed for approximately $400.00 monthly. I am unsure how long this charge has been part of my billing cycles but after several attempts to gain answers from BB & T I have received no answer concerning what this charge consist of.
