Experian Credit card billing disputes

July 28, 2015 - I used - for years at $9.00 a month, with no problems until Experian.com, the credit reporting company, merged them into their systems and they converted my account into an Experian account. Right off the bat their were issues, I could not access my account the first two months. When I finally got access they billed me for approximately $70.00.
