During this time, I 've paid back my balance in full every time without any problems. August 15, 2016 - There has been a recurring charge on my monthly statements of - $30.00 for " Cash Advance Interest ''. I never have used cash advances. I finally called ( after neglectfully assuming that it would correct itself ) and spoke first with customer service and then to a a " finance manager '' named -. I asked him to explain the charge. He fumbled for answers and then said he needed to go back in my statements. He went all the way back to 2011 which is when I opened the account.
