I have received over - dollars in fees since I have been with them and I have called to request a few fees back and nobody will help. I have always received assistance with other banks. I explained that I received a fee and that it was unfair that I got such fee having requested for overdraft protection and that since my account was new if she would be willing to check into it and possibly refund me over the phone without having inconvenience to go in the branch. Despite having definitively placing my account in a no overdraft protection status. On - I had $200.00 so I made a few purchases for the month from - and -. On - my car payment hit that I forgot about through all the confusion ; this should have been the only INSUFFICIENT FUNDS FEE.
