I was advised that - ( Provided no last name ) was assigned to my case. I spoke with -, he refused to accept my offer, he also refuse to sent my request to their client. I advised - since he refused that I will make other arrangements to pay the account. I then contacted the paralegal who was handling the account, - who was every kind and helpful.
