January 16, 2016 - Fairway Collections LLC and - -, Attorney at Law in - WA have been attempting to collect a debt from a former employee of my small business. - I received and returned paperwork asking me to garnish her wages. It was clear in the papers that she was not eligible for wage garnishment as her salary was too low. I hand delivered those papers to Fairway Collections. December 31, 2015 - I hired an lawyer for a legal matter, she when on maternity leave after taking the case and handed it off to another lawyer. However I was still being billed for - lawyers. I was charged from the lawyer that went on maternity leave the day after she had her baby for a court hearing to which she was not there at.
