May 11, 2015 - I found in my email a message from website : - paid a mere $4.00, $2.00 in International card handling fee, and another $ - for a product I have never received. I attempted to contact the company and reached a call center. The agent did not apologize for telling me the he was sorry I have not received my prodcuts, but ... you will have to contact the USPS becasue that is just shipping money ... '' Yet, he REFUSED to provide me with any tracking information and refused to refund the money, which is not much. But I believe these are shady business practices. I have emails but can not ...
