March 31, 2016 - I received an unsolicited offer of credit with a pre-made credit card with my personal name and company name on it, requiring only a phone call to activate. My concern is that this card offer could be intercepted and activated by anyone, who could fraudulently and easily obtain $150000.00 credit in my name.
