January 8, 2016 - As part of the application process for receiving the loan for my car, the dealer required me to provide references to be approved for the loan. I am currently behind on my payment due to an issue with my bank that I am trying to resolve. The lender is calling my references telling them directly that I am 13 days behind on my payment.
