November 30, 2015 - There 's a medical bill from - of 2013 from the state of Oregon, it says I was admitted to a hospital there and that somebody by a different name was admitted to the hospital, somehow that person was aware of my social security number and used it to get in the hospital, I have never been to Oregon in my life let alone at a hospital out there, this is nonsense, please help me fix this issue, thank you very much in advance ...
