I received a call from someone today, -, saying I did n't pay it. I pulled up the information on my phone and gave that person the information that appeared in my bank account info showing it was paid. Because the information showed MNet 's phone number she said it was not sufficient to identify in their system. She said I would need to produce a bank statement.
