THE JUDGEMENT FOR THE ORDER WAS THAT I WAS TO HAVE ACCESS TO GET MY BELONGINGS AND - GROUP WAS NOT TO TRY TO COLLECT ANYTHING FROM ME AS I HAD A - BALANCE. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt is not mine October 28, 2015 - I have written and written this firm many many times with no response. they are reporting on my credit report and will not send me any information about the debt they are reporting. This firm keeps verifying with the credit bureaus without having validated it with me which is a violation of the law. They just ignore consumer mail i guess. this is causing me financial hardship and the continued reporting of an unvalidated unverifiable debt is illegal. ... |

This debt is NOT my debt and it needs to be REMOVED from my credit report as a collection item. I never heard from this company prior to them placing the derogatory item on my credit report and - I learned they hurt my credit I have asked repeatedly they remove the item from my credit.
