Gragil Associates, Inc. Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid May 21, 2015 - - - - repeatedly sent statements indicating a bill was unpaid. In fact, I had used my - Visa card to pay and received an email receipt. I took several actions to relay to them the payment had been made. These actions included a phone call, where I was assured the problem was resolved. Upon receipt of another statement I sent them fax copies on - dates of the payment receipt. Despite these actions they sent the issue to a debt collector. I have received - letter from the debt collector and have responded in writing disputing the debt. ... |
