September 28, 2015 - Vally Credit never sent validation of the debt and erroneously marked my credit for a bill i do not oweThe bill is a sewer bill from a residence I moved out of in - of 2014. I canceled my service and the City of - made no effort to contact me. I put in a change of address and no mail has been forwarded.
