Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action sued w/o proper notification of suit July 30, 2015 - Based on the above bullet points, I and this situation falls into -,- and - bullet points. At MY parents house, they gave me a letter that was for a potential garnishment. I never was served NOR had notice of any hearing, case or issue that apparently turned into a judgement. on -/-/2015. I went to the courts to file and request a hearing on -/-/2015. My employer sent me documentation -/-/2015 of the garnishment basically stating that they are complying with it.
