The CFPB will forward your complaint to Element Global Services and work to get a response. After your complaint is forwarded, Element Global Services has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. Element Global Services is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

Element Global Services Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay October 3, 2016 - I have been receiving several harassing phone calls from a company called Element Global Services based out of New York State. Each phone caller leaves a voicemail threatening to have me arrested over a debt in which they will give me no information on. They have my social security number. When I ask for information or documents to support their claims against me, they do not provide any.
