Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action attempted to/collected exempt funds April 7, 2015 - I was contacted by Douglas, Knight & Associates, Inc. about some money that I need to pay or set up a payment plan and if I do n't my TN driving license will be took from me. So I called but the lady who called me was busy when I returned the call back. No one returned my call so I called back the following morning. And i talked to the lady and told her I could set up a 10 $ payment plan and she told me it was n't enough.
