Cochren Bailey & Associates, LLC Debt collection false statements or representation indicated committed crime not paying November 19, 2015 - These people call 3 to 5 times a week, they do n't mention a person to be contacted, just that if we do not contact them the " matter which they do not mention '' is going to go into litigation. I know this is a scam! Cochren Bailey & Associates, LLC Debt collection improper contact or sharing of info talked to a third party about my debt July 2, 2015 - Someone from a company called Cochran and Bailey ( - ) -, searched a database and associated my husbands family with me and starting calling them and telling them that I used them as a reference and that they have their SS # and addresses and that I have been writing bad checks. They called several people in my husbands family whom I have never used as a reference for anything, I do n't know any of their addresses or phone numbers so I could n't have possibly given out any info on my in-laws.
