July 14, 2015 - This account was previously submitted to - Attorney General 's Office for illegal collection practices. I later was informed that Attorney General 's Office of - was unable to locate holder of account. This account has since been to sold numerous but I was not notified, thereby accumulating massive fees without my knowledge.
