After your complaint is forwarded, California Accounts Service has 15 days to respond to you and the CFPB. California Accounts Service is expected to close all but the most complicated complaints within 60 days.

August 7, 2016 - I contacted the credit reporting company - and - that I had contested California account services collection service account listed as a negative on my report. I contacted the collections, they sent me a packet of nothing but bills. As suspected there was no proof other than a stack of bills. With - a name on them no ID, No passport and no proof.
