What's a Robocall?
If you answer the phone and hear a recorded message instead of a live person, it's a robocall. You've probably gotten robocalls about candidates running for office, or charities asking for donations. In fact, I had used my - Visa card to pay and received an email receipt. I took several actions to relay to them the payment had been made. These actions included a phone call, where I was assured the problem was resolved. Upon receipt of another statement I sent them fax copies on - dates of the payment receipt.
