What's a Robocall?

I was born -/-/- the documents to this were signed 2 months after my - birthday. The staff at the school told me I had to sign them because my parents were at work. I paid monthly even though I could not attend class as there was no one to teach the class I was the only student. Then the school closed, so I did not get to attend but for 1 week.
