What's a Robocall?

Debt collection taking/threatening an illegal action threatened arrest/jail if do not pay October 21, 2015 - The representative from the agency named - called me at work and told me that she had spoken with her legal dept and they were preparing a warrant for my arrest if the debt was not paid. I had already shown up in Court for a contempt citation and it was set out for 2 weeks. This threat was before the 2 weeks were even up. I had an attorney present when I returned her call and he heard the same comment and informed her this was illegal.
