AmeriCollect Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received October 18, 2016 - I am showing - collection accounts on my credit from Americollect. It states they are collecting for - -. I have a few issues with this collection agency. The first is I never received a notice from this collection agency to dispute or validate the debt. I had to call - - to find out what this was, who stated they sent a - balance to Americollect. The last statement I received from them was - 2015. AmeriCollect Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received September 10, 2016 - None of the options listed above describe the situation I had. My issue with Americollect is that I have never heard ANYTHING from them. I went to apply for an apartment and this was not a big enough deal for me to not get the apartment but they have had outstanding debt that they have never tried to contact me about for two years now and it seems to have tripled in size because of the delinquency. Americollect sent return ltr on -/-/16 of a name acct # and a balance # and a statement that does not match alleged creditor name or any doc bearing my signature. Americollect did not mark any credit reports disputed within 30 days of signed receipt of my dispute. I sent a - registered ltr to Americollect on -/-/16 and they signed on -/-/16.
