Convergent Resources, Inc. Credit reporting incorrect information on credit report account terms April 4, 2017 - On -/-/2016 I contacted Convergent Outsourcing Inc. to settle a debt that was not listed on my credit report at all. I spoke to a rep and she explained to me that the settlement is for $270.00, which by paying this amount the debt would be considered paid in full and it would be cleared up. I paid it and within the same day I received an alert that they changed my account twice ( they duplicated the payment and my credit card company reverse one of the transactions ).
