December 30, 2016 - I received a letter of an attempt to collect a debt back around - and -/-/2016 from this third party collector. I in return sent the third party collector several Cease and Desist communications ( Which they verified they received ), well within the 30 days I had to response and the collector still placed this debt and called me on my credit report as late as -/-/2016, after receiving several Cease and Desist communications.
