medical data systems never sent me a dunning letter they just put this account on my credit report.I do not have a contract with medical data systems and they is reporting on my experian credit report. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, I have the right to request a validation of this debt. I request that medical data systems prove that I am indeed the interested party who is contractually obligated to pay this debt. A copy of the contract that shows that there was an offer made, mutual acceptance, terms and conditions, consideration and the two wet-ink signatures of both parties who have voluntarily entered into a legally binding contract.The amount medical data systems claim that is owed and how you have come up with this amount.If you are unable to provide and show evidence of this claim then they will have to delete this account from my credit report as it is not valid.
