My vehicles were insured with - for many years. My spouse and I separated and eventually split and the insurance was not maintained on the cars resulting in it going to collections. I satisfied the debt in full per there request and was advised the debt was paid in full and would be deleted. It has been in excess of 6 months since the debt was paid and it reflects on the bureau that I have an outstanding debt. I have contacted the company several times pertaining to removing the debt and providing me with a letter of deletion which they have not completed. I spoke with - on -/-/2017 and she stated the company has requested the item be deleted on many occasions and her manager - has requested the item to be removed again. She stated she was not able to provide me with a letter of deletion so that I may submit the documentation to my mortgage company. I have attempted relentlessly to have this item removed and the company has failed to provide any assistance with this matter.
