Incorrect information on credit report Public record New York

Transunion is reporting - tax liens on my credit report. I have spoken to IRS they stated that have never issues any Tax Lein against my name. I went down to the court house. I was told that they do not speak or provide any information to any of the credit bureaus. They even provided me this in writing. They also check - and is unable to locate my name address and Social in their system. Yet trans union is violating my consumer right and damaging my credit with incorrect information.
